When Your Ex Contacts You?

So normally after a break-up sometimes your ex will contact you and sometimes it can be tempting to respond which delays the whole "moving on" process. What are some of the things you do to avoid replying and going back?

A- Think of a sexy person you want to be with

B- Remind yourself of the bad things your ex did that made you break up with him

C- Unfriend and block him on Facebook, so he can't message you

D- Text him one time that you don't want to talk to him anymore. If he keeps bothering you, you can tell the cops that he is stalking u.

Erase the number or block it (or emails)

Never look back , keep moving forward

Erase him from all social sites and your phone delete any pictures, text, email etc.

Think to yourself if he wanted to talk to me he would call me constantly that works, be strong get stuff to do so you won't be idle thinking about him and eventually calling him

I just wouldn't answer. If they messaged me again and I wasn't interested I would block them!

concentrate on yourself delete their number or change your sim pretend or be happy in your life and forgive them to move forward in your life

I would just move out of the house without ever taking the phone with me, or I just turn it off.

Delete all his txts,avoid his calls,unfriend him on fb,get rid of any reminders of him etc
