Hey! I'm trying to lose this little belly chub I have, but I can NOT get it to go away! I've been trying to eat less junk food, or if I have to eat it (say if my parents order pizza for dinner...) I try to eat less of it, and I try to eat a lot of fruit of vegetables. I've been only drinking water and milk, no pop. UGH. It won't disappear! Do any of you, also, know some good workouts that could help me trim down?

Woo! First answer. Okay first off, DO NOT COUNT CALORIES! What you need to do is cut out bad carbs. Bread, pasta, rice, junk food. Drink plenty of water. You can eat till you are full. But you won't stay full for long if you're not eating carbs. But then you just eat more. Don't stuff yourself, but eat till you're no longer hungry.
Exercise. M100s. Look it up on sixpackshortcuts.com. Do one to two times a day. Don't worry its a short workout. Should take about 3 minutes.
