Guys: Should I pursue him? Or am I annoying him?

I really like this guy, we're friends, I know he doesn't really like me that way (he said he doesn't know if he likes me?) but I don't wanna give up on him... however I'm scared to talk to him or initiate too much contact because I don't want to annoy him (he knows I like him).

it's not like I talk to him everyday or anything, actually we haven't talked in a few days and only a few times I have initiated contact. But I'm so scared of annoying him... am I just being silly? :/

You probably aren't annoying him, but if you think he's going to eventually warm up to you and want to date you then unfortunately you are going to be disappointed. I'd look elsewhere and stop worrying what he thinks of you.

You should try to hang out one-on-one at some point. Some time alone with you MIGHT make him think about it again. You say he doesn't know if he likes you or not. This could be your chance to find out.
