Question about eye contact?

If you were attracted to someone and they were sitting in front of you, would you stare at them? This is in a crowded gymnasium, where the distance between you and them are about 1.5 times the length of a basketball court (i.e. far enough that people won't notice you staring at them)

I wouldn't just stare at them. Maybe take a glimpse or something. A lot of people, including myself, can 'feel' when people are looking or staring at them. The only reason I'd stare for more than a few seconds is if I was engaged in good conversation with them.
