You may have injured yourself. What you describe goes beyond normal soreness from working out. You should not do anything until you find out what's going on. It's not worth taking a chance doing serious or permanent damage to your body.
A neck or back injury can be devastating and should not be taken lightly. You can be ruined for the rest of your life.
Don't take the risk and take some time off. You get rid of the pain by letting it heal.

You can try massage, or a lot of Vitamin E...but the injury to your back and neck muscles makes it dangerous to compete so soon, and there's no way to heal that injury so quickly.

just try to get in the showe or get in a bath with super hot water and then put on a lot of cold heat

You could try anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen or Advil (follow the directions on the bottle). As others have mentioned, massage or a hot bath might help...
