Is there any way to get rid of hay fever?

i get hayfever, sometimes, I get it bad for a few weeks then it goes ok and only rises if there's a lot of dust and stuff around but yer atm I've go it bad, and no matter where I go work, outside, every room of the house, I keep getting it. So I was wondering if there was anyway to get rid of it once and for all?

well I don't think so. I think it has a genetic factor sometimes.

i take vitamin c and some allergin stuff I bought from a natural health food store.

they mostly work as anti-histamines, but they're natural compounds.

Hay fever won't go away completely, but allergy meds really help you deal with it. There are tons of them out there. You should probably get an allergy test done, too, so you know what exactly you're allergic to.

My sister is going through this thing with her allergist where every week she goes in and gets a shot of what she is allergic to. Supposedly over time she will become less allergic. Who knows.
