I used to weigh 220 lbs back in January of this year but now as of this month I'm down to 180 lbs, I'm 5 ft 11 inches. My family thinks I've lost too much weight because my ribs are starting to show a little bit. The twist is that I got a DUI like a DUM-BASS a year ago so I have been having to ride my bicycle everywhere now which is probably the reason why I shrunk so much, but I need to put on some weight but don't wanna do it by eating a bunch of greasy ass fast food or sweets either. Any advice would help thanks:-)
umm are you trying to stay looking slim or are you trying to put on muscles? because there are different type of work outs for each. If you want to put on weight but not look muscular just eat slightly more calories than you expend (you can look at a calorie counter online or something) doing it with weights though is a lot easier I think just go through a bulking phase (lots of calories, high weight low rep workouts)

Eat good cards, good fat (nuts and fish) and start to lift weights. It works.

Any time anyone loses weight their family is worried they are underfed.
5'11 180 is not particularly thin.eat a lot of proteins!
