1) My boobs, I hate them, it's that simple. It's not that they are small(only I can dream) or saggy or like the nipples are ugly, they are just large. When I was little I was tubby and so it hide their size then I got older and I slimmed down(but not all that much because I love to bake and cook and big girls got to eat) but anyway because they they are so big and noticeable (my bra size is a 34 triple D, sometimes I can hide it with big sweaters) and especially during the summer when it's too hot to wear sweaters I feel VERY uncomfortable because I feel like people are weird focused on my cheast a lot. All my life my female relatives and girlfriends have teased me about my cheast size because they are much small like a B cup(I get it from my maternal and paternal grandmothers, they are both D cups themselves) I was even forced into wearing bras, I never wanted to wear them... They are very uncomfortable. And they say that having big must make your life easier or at least easier at finding a boyfriend, but nope it doesn't ... I'm 16 and I have neve been kiss or have a boyfriend... Well there was one guy that liked me in the 7th grade only because I wasnice to him, he wasn't my type, nice guy but was a pervert and wasn't that bright
2) My nose. I'm asian, it's flat , what do you expect.
1] nose job - its too big and people have referred to it as snoutlike wich hurts
2] shave my jaw down so my face looks thinner and less square
3] fix my eyebrows, theyre OK now but sometimes I get them perfect and other times they don't look as good
4] whiten my teeth, theyre white but not snow white because I'm a huge coffee drinker and I can't brush after every cup. I brush twice a day
5]1 cup size increase (boobs)
i don't think id ever do the first two even if I had the money but in in ideal world I wouldn't have those two imperfections
My stomach. I've already lost around 40 lbs that I know of. I probably lost more since then because my clothes are getting looser. I'm hoping to lose another 40 lbs. I think at some point soon, I hope to find the time to get things in order and join a gym, and put on some muscle, however, I think it would be easier if I could get a gym buddy, to talk to, keep me from getting bored or slacking off.
After that, I think I'd be alright with myself, physically.
Changing my physique to something more athletic. The first step would be getting rid of my loose skin. I lost around 60 pounds last year and have loose skin around my stomach. It actually gets irritating when I sit down. Plus my butt is flabby, I guess there's loose skin there too.
Second priority I guess would be getting rid of fine lines/closing my pores up. Basically a top-of-the-line skin care regimen.
You could always tone yourself up`to get rid of the loose stuff...
Yeah I guess I wrote it backwards haha. Pretty much the only way to do it is to gain muscle to fill in the space. All that lotion crap can only go so far, and it's not loose enough to justify surgery :-\

Uh...it's really hard to answer this without realizing myself to be ungrateful.
While I sometimes compare myself and admittedly wish for different 'better' features...at the end of the day...I kind of have finally learned to appreciate how I look. Even if I think my looks are vastly overrated sometimes.
Weight. If I had the time and money for it, I'd be hitting the gym everyday until I was a skinny as I want to be. It's always either a problem with time or a problem with money.
I just feel like I'm awkward looking..
my neck? the way my head sits on it?
The way my eyes are positioned?
My nose?

i'm pretty satisfied with my appearance, Those are the only two things only a miracle could fix.

Believe me when I say that big boobs aren't anything you should worry about. Unless you're literally flat as a board. Even then, any man worth his salt won't mind.
haha, I've always inferred that as well. and correlated higher IQ leads to preference of nice butts over chest.

I have the exact same list as you. I have stretch marks on my legs from when I was a kid having horrible growth spurts.
I would also make my hair longer.
if it was EVER possible I would increase my height about 3 or 4 inches
my face shape (my face's too long), my stretch marks and I have scoliosis I think that's the 1st thing I'd fix..
