I don't think it should really bother him that much if he's your fiance. It's coming from a place of love, not to tease him or embarrass him. You might buy him something and suggest he use it as a face cream or something, if you don't want to directly tell him he has acne. There's a lot of moisturizers for men that are used after shaving, I'm sure there's one that can also help with acne.
just tell him nicely that the fact he has so much of acne is worrying you and that he should do something about it Tell him you really wanna help him and care about him that's the reason why you let him know .I am sure he will understand and not take it in a wrong way plus he is your fiance and there is no big deal in telling him that he has bad acne and he should take it seriosly.
I'm sure he knows about his face.
And honestly, some people are well in their 20s and still
break out like teens.
I know someone that does because they have extremely sensitive skin.
He might take insult to it.
I wouldn't mention it if I were you.
