If you start to lose weight slower your skin will have a chance to catch up...make you weight loss slower...it took you years to gain the weight so a slower weight loss would be better for your skin..are you exercising with weights? The weights might help you tone up and get stronger and help your skin as well... you are young so that is to your benefit because things heal and snap back into place way faster at your age.
Heres a few tips I hope will help ypu...
1-eat five small meals per day starting with a healthy breakfast
2-drink at least 64 oz. of water per day
3-carb cycle..high carb one day-low carb the next
4-exercise..lift weights at least 3 times per day and cadio 2-3 times per week with one day off to rest.
5-have a cheat meal

There is specif ways to tighten skin after weight loss or you can use skin firming cream for faster effect. Limit your exposure to the sun. And you will the good result.
So I was in a similar situation, regarding the weight.
From 103 kgs down to 70.
Regarding the lose skin, it depends on the presence of stretch marks. These areas never get much tighter, and the only option is surgery, to remove them.
I consulted a surgeon, to see about it. The most annoying ones being on the hips, and preventing the belly's skin to be tight. It's possible but you have to be ready to spend 2 months in a bed. So I didn't do it.
so do you live with skin that just hangs? also, any tips that you can give me?
Well honestly it's not that big a deal. I'll never have a top model's body, but I seriously don't care, and my girlfriends, over the years, never cared either. Regarding tips, I can just tell you that the hardest part isn't losing weight, it's to keep it lost. So the diet will never stop, you'll always have to be cautious with what you eat. Keep that in mind, you are doing the easy part now. Good luck and congratulations :)
I fyou lose the weight slowly and steadily, and work out to build up the muscle under the skin..almost all the loose skin will resorb totally. There may be a few more or less permanent stretch marks, but nothing unsightly.
The quicker you get on this, the less permanent signs there will be.
