There is no magical trick to losing weight.
You have to do the work yourself and make a lifestyle change.
That means exercising, and eating healthy.
Diet plans/pills are more likely to fail you.
Yes, it will work for the time-being.
But since you never disciplined yourself you are more likely
to gain all of that weight back.
You have to start a healthy road of commitment.
I recommend doing it at a gradual pace.
Ex.
-Instead of driving everywhere or using public transportation/
Get off a few stops earlier and walk.
-Try healthier alternatives to the food you love
(Instead of white rice/eat brown rice), (Instead of white bread, eat wheat), Instead of soda (drink water/juice) Eat smaller portions and eat more foods/vegetables etc.
Cut out of the unhealthy snacks (cookies, icecream etc.)
We can all recommend different plans but the fact of the matter losing
weight starts within you.
There is no quick cheat to living healthier life.

weightloss products are bad. I have two friends that lost a LOT of weight from using diet pills which supressed their appetites, but guess what that was about a year ago and both of them are now even fatter then they were before they used them. I think this is because the diet pills did not teach them a thing about their own eating habits and why eating the way they were was keeping them chubby. I lost 10kgs the old fashion way: trading all the high calorie foods for lower calorie options and power walking. I've kept it off for a year now. If you want to lose weight and sustain it you can't take the easy option you have to work hard and learn what works for your body :) good luck!
Don't trust fat burners. Most of them are placebos and some of them can even cause nasty side effects. I remember hearing about one even causing suicidal thoughts.
Just exercise and eat healthy. Most fat burners out there will say "use with diet and exercise" yet if you simply diet and exercise without the pill you'll get the same results!
