Most my fat goes to my stomach, my butt (which makes it stick out, I can't stand it really)some to my inner thighs, some to my hips and a little to my back and I want to lose that weight because I want to be fit again.
Also, what are some exercises for lifting breasts? I'm a 32 C and I don't want my breasts to sag in the future! So I was wondering what exercises I could do to give them a better lift
