Depends on how hungry I am and where I am... sometimes I only want one of the things or something else like a dessert. Sometimes a certain place has good and bad things like a good sandwich/burger and gross fries lol.
If I want all that food I usually do just pick one of the combos. I don't make my own because I'm an indecisive person... I don't need more options hahaha.
Last night we went to McDonalds for Iced Caramel Mochas but I couldn't decide which coffee drink I wanted in the moment and the guy was like, "That's okay, take your time... I get paid by the hour." haha. Well cracked me up. People aren't always that patient or light hearted.

I don't always like what's in the combo so, I vary it from time to time and ask about possible substitutes depending on availability and if I have time to order it the way I want it. Sometimes if you're in a rush and famished, you could care less about details. In fact, one time I was in such a hurry to get in and out with my fast food that, I ate someone else's order which was accidentally switched with mine and I didn't even care.
Whenever I go to Wendy's I always get a spicy chicken fillet sandwich with medium fries and drink. It used to be number 6, now it's number 7. So, I usually just say medium number 7 and for a drink I says sprite with no ice. So, the set combo will be with ice in the drink and I always make sure there is no ice in the drink. Other than that, everythings the same as the set combo.
Nope. Most meals come with fries and I'm not a big fan of them so I just order something like a Bic Mac and a large drink. Yeah it might cost me a little more or less but I'd rather not let the food go to waste.

It depends where I'm going. I usually prefer not to get a drink (unless their sweet tea is known to be really good) so I just get the sandwich and 2 sides that I enjoy. Yes I said 2 sides! I have a fast metabolism and I don't eat fast food much anyway
I usually only get a combo when I'm really, really hungry, since it's usually too big for me to finish by myself otherwise. Usually, I just get the main item (nuggets, burger, gordita, etc) without the side item.
"Medium cheeseburger meal with orange juice as the drink, please". It's not quality food but it's cheap and it hits the spot when I can't be bothered cooking :)
Depends on the place. At In n' Out I usually get a combo, all animal style. At Tommy's I also usually get a combo.
Come to think of it, I usually get a combo everywhere...no because I hate fries and the salads are usually shoboi
Depends. In KFC it's always the sandwich only, but in other fastfoods I sometimes go with the combo... but never with the fries. I hate fries.
When I used to have fast food I would order just the main thing I wanted and keep a water canteen on my belt loop. Saves money.
rarely, I don't care for french fries. I wish you could substitute fries for a hash brown or something.
It varies from chain to chain. McDonald's half combo half individual, same with Burger King, Wendy's usually combo cause their "value" menu sucks, Taco bell usually individual items, same with Del Taco, any of the sub chains usually just a sub
I rarely eat fast food, but it I do I don't do the combo thing.
for the little siblings/cousins yeah for myself it's either milkshake and icecream or drink and chips
No combo's it's just too much food. It's not really cheaper if I am going to throw half of it away.
I order from the set combos because it makes the most economic sense for me
The only burger I get is the BK Veggie burger and I usually order a water with it and that's all.
I try to avoid such dreadful places and suggest more people do the same.
I always order a combo.
Most of the time, however sometimes I won't
Yes because it is value meals
I make my own from the one-dolls-holla menu lol
No, I usually just get a sandwich
