So you guys I really need help on this one..

I've been trying to lose weight for 4 years now, the first year I lost about 23 kgs, and the second I lost 10 additional kgs.. However, the 3rd and 4rth year I maintained my weight despite the effort I exert in fitness classes and stuff. I knew however that my diet was not right. Yesterday after exercise, I've been noticing that I usually screw up my diet after working out. I usually work out first thing in the morning (during my winter break). The thing is I really need to lose extra 11 kgs for prom and my graduation ceremony (you might be thinking that I have lost all the weight,but I didn't. I'm still considered to be at my "overweight" stage or whatsoever. I want to REALLY drop those 11 kgs to become 67, but I really don't have the motivation to shut my mouth and make a change in my body. It hurts REALLY bad I want to lose weight,but I have problems regarding my appetite and my willpower. Now I want to do this the right, long way. But I really want to not feel hungry after a fitness class or eat out of boredom (I realized I do that very often, and I tried to distract myself by doing other stuff, but I get even bored, so I eat instead)I really want to fit in my prom dress. I really want that. Help?
