Work on improving yourself with little steps at a time. Stay motivated, join a fitness group on MeetUp or something else there to meet like minded people with similar goals. Download the app Lift which helps you break down your larger goals into little steps to get there. Tell yourself you WILL accomplish your goals, not that you'll try. You have the power to make the changes in your life you want to see. The only thing holding yourself back is you, so just flood your life with positive encouragement. Best of luck!

Change won't happen on it's own. You need to make changes yourself. Do things differently. Take chances. Make sacrifices. These things aren't easy, but they're necessary. Challenge yourself and make your life how you want it to be. Stop making excuses.
