doesn't sound like you eat at all if you're losing 1-2 pds a day honestly what's your diet? air? lol but ya your body is stressing because of it and making you have pimply face, your bodies way of fighting back and telling you to feed it. you need a varied diet and yes eat vegetables like sexydncr said. veges have an important purpose to give our body vitamins and minerals and fiber, carbs just give us a little bit of fiber and main source of energy to carry out the day, don't forget protein and dairy if you aren't intolerant. look up canadas food guide its very accurate

Any kind of nut will give you pimples/acne because they take the nasty fat out of your skin. Perhaps you're breaking out more because you're eating them, but don't let that stop you, on the contrary, eat more so the bad stuff comes out. And yes nuts have a lot of fat, but it's healthy fat that actually helps you loose weight if eating in the right amount. Reach for a hand full of nuts every time you want to eat an unhealthy sugary snack. Side Note: Losing 1-2 lbs/day is not healthy at all.
I can't believe I'm going to be the first person to say this, but if you are really losing up to 2 pounds per DAY you are not doing it in a healthy way. There is healthy, weight loss, and this is not it. It is healthy to lose up to 2 pounds per week. If you are eating that much of a calorie deficit and depriving yourself of essentials like vegetables and grains you are not doing yourself any favours.
I lost 60 pounds and I did it correctly, by eating a balanced healthy diet and working out. Fad diets are not the answer, patience and balance are key.

You would need to theoretically burn 3500 to 7000 calories BEYOND your maintenance caloric need in order to lose 1-2 lbs a day. I guarantee you are losing water weight and NOT fat. Say your maintenance caloric needs are 1800 / day. You would literally have to eat nothing AND burn and ADDITIONAL 700 - 1400 calories in order to do that. Not possible.
If you think the nuts are giving you bad acne, why would you eat them? are you sure you're not allergic to them?
If it's not the nuts, do you eat healthy? because losing weight is good but when it's badly done, you can get health problem like this.You're losing weight, which means you have altered your diet. Changes in your diet might make your skin act up since your body isn't used to the way you're eating. My cousin had clear skin, and when she became a vegan, she got a bunch of acne.
