i want to enlist but I gotta lose the weight first or else ill be put on a diet plan they have and I hear its worse than anyhting. it makes you look horrible with the weight being lsot so fast. so I'm trying ot do it early. I'm 16 almost 17. in April ill be 17. my friend is helping. my diet consist of one cup milk and one cup cherios cereal for breakfast sometimes a fruit. lunch a sandwhich and dinner 2 sometimes 3 cups of dinner whatever is cooked homemade. my friend is saying do 350 situps and crunches. the reason being its hard as heck and will work me hard. and a ton of push ups and trying to go running a lot. I'm a guy 5 9 230 lbs. I need to get down to 180 at least.any advice?
