Which should come first? Rhinoplasty, buccal fat removal or lip reduction?
I don't think I want a nose job anymore as I've heard it's the most painful type of surgery you can have.
But I want a cheek reduction (buccal fat removal) and lip reduction. But I do not want thin lips (no offense), I just want smaller, flattering lips. As for cheeks, I want cheekbone definition.
I'm not seeking confirmation from y'all, I'm just wondering if you think it's too much?
If I go on to have then I do; if not then well, oh well.
I've always heard the nose is the most important feature. I don't want a bridge & I'm not sure what I want accomplished from rhinoplasty. I just don't want to regret it
