How often do you take naps?

At least a few times a week.

A few times a month.

A handful of times a year.

i can't nap, if I try or feel sleepy then I fall asleep properly and wouldn't wake up for several hours. if I do that and get woken up after an hour I'm super groggy and cranky and I feel even more tired which is why when I stay up all night finishing something and I have 2 hours before I have to go to work/uni I spend those two hours awake no matter how tired I am because sleeping for two hours would just make me even more tired and id be unwilling to get up lol

not very often. if I stay up super late studying then sometimes I take a nap or if I'm sick. occasionally I just get really tired out from homework, studying, extracurriculars, socializing and I just fall asleep. typically my naps are not planned haha the last time I actually planned to take a nap was like 2 years ago after a biology final. so I would say on average maybe one a month? so a handful of times a year. :)

During the day, never. I just don't feel sleepy during the day. The only two times I actually did fall asleep during the day was when I traveled between the UEA and Russia. There's the big time difference and I was so tired from the flight. Other than that, never nap during the day.

When I was in elementary school and middle school we were forced to take naps, I had hard time taking naps for reasons. But now I see how beneficial naps can be.

when I'm sick I take naps... I don't even really take naps when I lie out on the beach on vacation
