Moisturize them with some oil or a good hand cream if they're dry and brittle. Also make sure that they don't stay wet for too long, meaning don't wash your hands excessively and don't take showers that are too long because it softens the nails and makes them break easier. Having a healthy diet should also make them stronger. You could also drink more water and take multi vitamins.

clear nail hardening nail polish that contains keratin (the strengthening protein that hair and nails are made from) will strengthen and protect them, mine went from bendy and easily snapping to hard as nails lol
calcium is what helps increase bone strength. so milk, orange juice. if you take baths you can use a water "hardener" which just increases the calcium levels. those are natural ways but you do need to be careful not to have too much calcium
Make shakes using eggs, carrot juice and urine. It'll make your nails strong, though your stomach may occasionally be weak.

get really good base nail polish that's purpose is to harden and grow faster. It will usually say. That will be the best. To keep them good, file them but not too hard.
Eat eggs milk gelatin and that Palek shake. Also use clear coat with keratin.
Eat a lot of Jello. The gelatin helps. Also you can eat eggs.
There is a strengthening clear coat of nail polish at stores that sell beauty products. Just apply, and they'll start growing nice, and clean!
