Ok, don't laugh, but actually using weighted Hula Hoops is a really good workout for your stomach muscles and if you do it on a regular basis you notice a difference pretty fast.
I usually use 3 hoops, I spin to the right for 100 and then spin to the left 100. But I've been doing this for a while, so you might want to start with only doing 50 right and left. It does work.
As for the butt and legs I'm not entirely sure, I do yoga so that tends to keep everything nicely toned. One move that I really like is the 'Low Lunge Hover', I always feel an ache in my but after doing it, so I assume its toning it!

If you want to lose weight and get fit and flexible, join a MMA class or Martial Arts class, stop grazing on food, walking and swimming is great, remember fat is a slow burning exercise, so slowly does it. cut down sugar, not too much fat, but we do need some, Buy a Magic Bullet Blender, they are amazing, and please, spend some time and watch this eh. This a 55lbweight loss, I have just bought mine, still getting used to it. Other than that, HYPNOSIS.

a good work out for your stomach is a good regimented controlled diet full of clean protein and veges and good carbs intermittent fasting is also something you can research and regular cardio/strength exercises. I try to walk an hr everyday or more, getting motivated is very hard this time of year :P
