Check out your body fat first. the body mass index chart is the most pointless thing ever invented, you could be absolutely jacked and have 7% body fat but your BMI will indicate that you are overweight or obese. so check your body fat and look at your overall diet. if you eat a lot of frozen or fast foods then that might not be a healthy 225. if you start working out or dieting you will realize its not about weight its about how you feel when you look in the mirror when you take your shirt off. and how your clothes fit.

lol was kinda in same boat as you. I'm 19 6'2" been lifting for 4 years and decided I wanted to cut excess body fat off. I was roughly 225 and that weight was about 18% body fat which is close to ideal for heavy lifting but I wanted to get to around 12%. I'm now around 210 and I'm not there yet but id say shoot for a bodyfat not a weight. It took me roughly 30 days to lose 15 lbs while still adding muscle. was a lot easier than I thought
Sweetie, don't put too much thought or even let it Weigh you down. You don't have much to lose.
I have a male cousin who is 6 Ft., and weighs 210 pounds, and with this Ideal weight for him, it fits him to a tea.
I did some research, and it says you should be 170 pounds, but I think This is Way too thin. Depending on your bone structure, if you are of "large loin," I would say 205-210 is of good magnitude, and----happy medium too.xx
I don't think you should go by the scale so much but more by the mirror. Sure the scale helps you keep track and makes you feel motivated but people don't see the number but your figure. Just eat healthy, get your iodine, exercise and lift for a fit physique and you'll be fine.

how much you're supposed to weigh depends on your height...go to a clinic and and tell them your height then ask them how much your supposed to be...im 5ft 8"-im supposed to be around 70 kg...
Depends on your body fat percentage and body frame in all honesty. It really varies depending on the person.
Look up something called a Body Mass index chart.
