Yah I did it twice. The first time, I did the work outs but I didn't change my eating habits. And I dropped maybe 5lbs? The second time I was committed, I was like "all those people have awesome bods and I want one too." So, I changed my eating habits and lost 25lbs the second time.
So, diet is really important! I had no idea...
Honestly, I think the first month I didn't lose much the second time around maybe 5-7lbs. It wasn't too noticeable. I lost the rest after the second month. I guess eating right really kicked up my metabolism or something because I started dropping a couple lbs a week that second month. You should be developing muscle that first month, so you might plateau. After building up the muscle then you start losing weight, which I guess also contributed to more weight loss in the second month.

Yes. A couple of my old co-workers did it and the results were awesome. One guy looked completely different and in a good way. I don't know how much he lost but it was quite a bit. Just keep at it and you'll get there. No pain, no gain. As cliche as that sounds, it's the truth. Also be sure to eat properly, sleep well, etc. as that contributes to the success. Good luck. You can do it!
