Makeup!
Just kidding. For me I have really oily skin and bad acne actually so I have to keep up a good facial regimen which is:
Wash - Cetaphil usually with tea tree oil mixed in
Tone - Whatever works
Use something with benzoyl peroxide
Moisturize with a DROP of oil (it actually helps to prevent your face from producing too much oil)
Apply sunscreen based lotion
Then once a week I have to do a lactic acid peel (usually on Wednesdays), a salicylic acid peel (on Sundays) and a bentonite clay mask (usually whenever I notice any acne occurring).
It's a lot, but it has to be done. Oh and I'm on the birth control implant too. My acne was a lot worse before even with that regimen I would still always have at least 5 pimples on my face. Although, sometimes I just feel like giving up and going to see a dermatologist to get put on Accutane because it's really not fair that I have to go through so much crap to keep the acne off my face when nobody else seems to :/

Drink a lot of water... more than 8 glasses a day.
Lots of dark leafy greens, and steamed veggies. (they are like a fiber and get rid of all the toxins in your body, that includes the toxins you have as pimples)
morning:
-wash it with clinique three step acne program for oily skin. warm water first to open the pores, they once you are finished, rinse it with cold water to close pores.
- put my daily eye cream, and face moisturizer
nighttime: the same as the morning, but with a nighttime rejuvenating moisturizer.

It's mostly in the genes. My teenage friends always envy me for my skin because I never had acne.I told them that my brother, sister and I inherit it from my mum who has very fair and smooth skin.I read somewhere that people who have no acne have enough female hormones in them such as oestrogen so people in my country buy oestrogen in the form of health supplements but I never dared to take them as I'm afraid of the side effects as it is a hormone after all.
But I do take a good dose of calcium and vitamin C daily as they help to keep the skin firm and wrinke-free when used together.Vitamin C is important for the formation of collagen which keeps the skin taut.If I buy collagen in ready-made form,it costs 10 times more.Drinking milk also helps because of its rich source of calcium.Birth control ^_^
but other things I do is I moisturize with only jojoba oil (100% natural cold pressed), wash my face with natural things like honey and regular homemade face masks with natural ingredients. Ever since cutting out face washes and moisturizers with chemicals you buy at the drugstore, my skin has improved so much. I think it's cause I have really sensitive skin maybe. Also lots of water! Very important.-Birth control pills
-Accutane (took it a few years ago)
-For me, I notice a difference in my skin when I include a lot of green veggies into my diet. Also, avocados (after a week of regularly eating them) make my skin glow, or have in the past. I tend to eat a lot of asparagus, bok choy, cauliflower and broccoli because I love them.
-Avocado oil is a great night time moisturizer
-Epiduo as a spot treatmentI put oil on my face overnight...coconut, olive, almond, grapeseed, I use all these oils. I use each one individually not mixed...i massage into my face at night and in the morning wash it off. I exfoliate once a wweek. I moisturize during the day with cocoa butter lotion or a bit of oil.
Great skin starts with a great diet. lots of dark leafy greens and fruits
then after that I don't really do too much. I take regular care of my skin by washing at least twice a day, moisturizing and removing all my makeup. and at night I use a tonerBirth control pills, Epiduo gel, and benzoyl peroxide facial wash.
Fortunately, I come from a long line of youthful-looking women, so I don't have to do hardly anything as far as moisturizing.i get people complimenting my skin almost everyday, and to be honest.. I don't do anything special. just water every morning/night. I've never really had any problems with my skin. good genetics I guess?
Drink plenty of water, eat more fruits and supplement (vitamin C+collagen). My skin turns glowing every time I woke up in the morning.
