I'm in a simlar situation. I fell out with a friend. I'm trying to repair the damage, but she's having none of it. It plagues me constantly. While I'm still eating, I have a terrible time sleeping and I don't know what to do about it. All I can think of is to sleep as best I can and continue to try to fix the problem. Eat what you can. Don't force yourself. And think of ways to keep trying to fix whatever went wrong. You're not alone in this pain.

1.Resume eating. Try nesquik powder, two eggs, a banana, milk, and ice in a blender. Works wonders for me.
2. Stop worrying about the girl, you're probably irritating the hell out of her with calls and texts. You have to stop, and let things cool down.
You should try not think about it. Try going out with friends,take up an activity something to take your mind off the "break-up".Eventually you'll eat,because your body will need you to.If this continues to happen and you still won't have an apetite,go to a doctor.This can be the start of something serious and dangerous !

Eat when you feel the need to. Just don't starve yourself.. just let her cool off or whatever, but don't keep bugging her with calls and texts, don't you see she's not responding.. hmmm... do other things, like hang out with friends or something, don't keep this on your mind so much or you might just feel depressed and stressed...
Eating is not the solution if you're willfully choosing not to eat. You need to address what is causing you anxiety. However for physical health you should probably force yourself to eat anyway. I used to behave like this as well. It took years of mental reprogramming to stop. It all comes down to how your brain chooses to deal with anxiety. It may take expert advice
I am in the same boat with you. Similar but different, I also am not eating. To upset to eat at the moment. But I will eventually eat. Shit happens, just got to let it pass. Surviving is to eat and I will survive to eat again, lol.
You have to work out your issues make sure you drink a lot of poweraid and gateraid and try some soups. Being depressed does that but you got to at least have something
Drink milk, and fruit juices. They contain tons of nutrients, so at least you'll be getting nutrients, until you get your appetite back.

Don't try to force food into you. Just wait for the feeling to pass and then try.
You should meditate, take a few deep breaths to calm your nerves and then just eat. Or even play video games or a sport to keep your mind off of it. Don't dwell on it. Feel better!
