the thing is, unless you have extraordinary willpower, you won't be able to keep up with your diet for an extended period of time if you don't allow yourself a treat every once in a while.
All work and no play would make you burnt out and stressed. The same thing with dieting.
Allow yourself to eat your treat of choice about once a week. Make a calorie allowance for it. For example: eat ice cream on the weekend only
OR
eat a tiny bit every time you crave, only pick a healthier type. For example: 1 piece of dark chocolate (at least 70%).
OR
eat your treat after you do your workout. Still don't binge.

Write a food diary, it's helps me to see where and when I want the "bad" stuff, honestly I crave the " bad" stuff every now and again but I compensate with something healthier such as nuts or fruit. You are allowed to have cheat days but don't use those days to compensate for the days you were good.
