It doesn't matter how much or how little I eat either. I had a banana for breakfast today and immediately went out on the beach and ran it. A total of six miles.
I have this need to workout immediately after eating every time. If I don't workout or if I feel my workout was less than satisfactory I immediately feel obese and end up denying myself the next meal.
I have checked with doctors and I am not, nor have I ever been anywhere near close to obese. I am 5'5 and weigh 108 lbs.
People tell me my obsession with working out is unnatural.
What do you think? Is this healthy or should I physically force myself to workout less/eat more?
