Do I have tapeworm or something?

So I get hungry super quick. I do lift like 5 days a week and I spread out my different muscle groups. Like chest days, back days, etc. I just feel like I get hungry too quickly. Like last night, I made some rice and then added stir fry with a whole chicken breast with a little bit of broccoli, onions, bok choy, mushrooms and then I felt hungry like an hour-ish after I ate that. Even my friend says that's not normal and he also lifts like 5 days a week. I'm not sure if it's because I have tapeworm or if it's because I have a fast metabolism or even because I'm used to eating so frequently throughout the day. Like even when I have 3 scrambled eggs with a cup of milk and a banana, that's not really enough for me. I'm like 5'10 and 165lbs and my friend is like "I've never seen someone eat so much and not even be that big." And he's like " I don't get why you would eat so much cuz you're not really doing anything that would use a lot of calories (besides the lifting)". I would appreciate it if someone who has some medical knowledge answer this question.
