I don't have a medical degree, so this is just an opinion based on your information. Sounds to me like your exercise is kicking your metabolism into high gear. I used to ride bikes a lot and I would have to eat for about 3 hours straight due to my high metabolism. I actually felt myself get hungry while I was in the process of eating. Unless you feel otherwise ill, I would say it's probably the metabolism.

I don't think you have a tapeworm. a tapeworm would have symptoms beyond just being hungry. like being tired, feeling weak, probably very active bowel system (to be adult about it), etc.
I think the working out has just stimulated your metabolism. are you getting enough calories per day? carbs? etc?
For some one that is working out your not eating very much. IE. your breakfast 3 eggs a cup of milk & a banana. I eat more then that just going to work in the morn. If I was still working out I would be starving & losing weight.
