eat better. I'd say eat less but that gives off the wrong impression. people really don't need as much food as we generally consume. try exercising while eating 1/2-2/3 the amount of food you'd normally eat per meal. this doesn't mean become anorexic and eat nothing or 1/4 of your normal intake. eat a little less and exercise. your goal to lose weight, overall, is to burn more calories per day than you intake. the inverse of that will lead to weight gain. there are factors of what type of food causes what in different people but, over all, eat less, exercise more. good luck! we're all trying to lose weight :-P
