What is your favorite fitness activity to do in the summer?

Running! But I run if its 0 degrees outside and snowing, nothing stops me! I might geting to biking as well for a spring/spring exercise since I do Spinning at the gym. I just need to buy a bike and they aren't cheap!

Yea, I always spin at the gym I'm like, it would be so much nicer to do outside with the scenery and outdoors! I have nice bike trails by me so its perfect.

Bar-hopping at night: I get to walk, and I get many reps of lift and pour in! In the Summer, I do my best to hide from the glaring sun, exhausting heat, and exposed flesh.

probably hiking. i love running.. but i tend to do that year round, so i don't think that counts.

It gives you a good workout with out putting to much stress on my legs. Was in a bad motorcycle accident years ago ended up with one bad leg.

I love going to the beach and throwing the frisbee, throwing lacrosse with my friends, cycling outside before its too hot in the morning

Swimming in the local swimming pool with my mates, and cycling in the red heat of the summer. Oh god I miss the south of France, can't wait to go back this summer.

Tennis for me.. but swimming if fine too, if you can find a place not too crowded with little kids!

volleyball is so fun it gets you moving around and you can get some great sun too.
whenever i play volleyball it gets competive
