How important is lifting weights to a good body? & Protein Shake advice?

Anonymous
So first question:
How important is it to lift weight and do strength training in general, to getting a good body?
I'm asking because I really hate it. I love cardio and I do yoga and pilates a few times a week. I also do Intervals (cardio combined with bodyweight exercises, but lifting weights, just isn't my thing. So I was wondering if it would even make difference if I just skipped or did only one session a week?

I'm a girl, so obviously I don't aim for this gallery.rxmuscle.com/.../JB5_4097_TLPHCQCHEQ.jpg but more like this www.acilsoru.com/.../victoria-secret-kizlari.jpg I know they all do lift weight, but if I can put up with a bit more fat, would it really make that much of a difference?

And second of all:
Could I get some advice on what protein shake to get? Or more what NOT to get?
I looked on amazon but there are so many different kinds containing ingredients I've never heard of. So far I've just looked for sugar content and price, but then I read things like anabolic professional protein containing and I'm wondering what is it going to do to me?
I don't use it as instructed. Just sometimes with some fruit for breakfast or lunch or in pancakes/muffins replacing flour
