How much do you currently weigh? A healthy weight for a woman your height can be anywhere between about 130-150 lbs depending on your type of frame. Also, while a lot of women gain weight in their breasts and can lose it by shedding overall body weight, don't get your heart set on dramatically decreasing your cup size.
First off, don't hate your body! I understand what it's like to be uncomfortable with weight gain. A few years ago, before I dropped 20 lbs, I was really unhappy as well. You need to understand that a lot of women fluncuate in their weight, some by a lot and some by a little. Coming to terms with the fact that yeah, you're not where you want to be, but you're going to do your best to lose weight healthfully, will make the whole process much more doable. Having a positive outlook during weight loss is much more conducive to reaching your goal.
Secondly, don't eat less. How much are you eating per day, calorie wise? The amount of calories you should take in will vary because of your height, the amount of exercise you're getting, and how much weight you plan to lose. Eating less than about 1,200 a day will only do your body more harm than good. You need to make sure you're eating a sufficient amount of lean protein, fresh vegetables, fruits, and healthy fats, like nuts and avocados, and whole grains. I'm a personal trainer, and the biggest mistake I see in new clients, is that they think by eating less, they'll lose weight.
Exercise at least 3 days a week, get a sufficient amount of sleep (7-8 hours), drink plentiful amounts of water, cut out processed food and drinks, and eat a healthful diet. Exercise and diet, when done right, is the only way to see weight loss that's maintainable. And in my opinion, having bony hips and ribs is not a healthy goal. You should strive to be a better, more healthful you, and in doing so, you will look good, and healthy! No one likes people who look like skeletons.

Im sorry but i don't want to sound rude. but i am a recovering anorexic.. and it seems like your post is mostly done for attention.. because when you become anorexic you do NOT care about your boobs being gone. you just want to be skinny as possible. And as a side note.. when i was anorexic for the first month.. i ended up gaining weight because your body bloats up. If you are doing this for attention on here.. it actually offends girls and guys that have eating disorders or girl or guys that are recovering.
You're not eating enough. That's why you are losing muscle and your four pack is gone. Because you are eating a tiny cereal bar and a tiny dinner (probably under 1000 cal total) and you are BURNING 2000 cal per day your body is going into starvation mode.
Whilst in starvation mode your body begins to eat away your muscles because they are the most accessible source of protein which your body needs to survive.
Eat more, seriously. I know you have these notions in your head but they are irrational. Try it for three months and see where you end up, I promise you'll be in better shape and probably back to your normal form. I also need your exercise routine if you want more detailed advice.
As an example a good diet for you would be the following:
BREAKFAST - 1 cup of Raisin Bran w/ 1% milk
LUNCH - Sandwich of whatever you want with a small bowl of veggies or fruits.
Dinner - Whatever your mom makes. One serving. It should be the size of your two fists.
You also need to hydrate or your body will not grow. You should be drinking a Gallon of water a day. Tap is fine and probably more beneficial for you unless you live in some rural area where there are leaks in the groundwater and whatnot, use your discretion.
I have some good news and some bad news.
The good news is that you can stay healthy with exercise!
The bad news is what's happening to your body is completely natural, probably genetic, and really cannot be averted. Reducing your food intake will only make this process worse, eat as normal, try to increase your exercises but understand that as women grow older a lot of them do happen to "fill out" with or without their permission. Being healthy is far more important than trying to combat genetics because you will lose and generally speaking attempting to combat with dietary changes only makes you lose even more ( or rather, gain more weight than you would have normally ) so stay steady, find a means of exercise such as Yoga or Tai Chi or something like that, and accept the storm that's going to come.

HIIT (High interval intensity training)
you take ratio of full speed to normal speed time. Like if you are on treadmil, You run full speed 15 secs, rest other 45 secs. You start it with jogging for 5mims and end with jogging for 5mins and do HIIT for 15 mins taking 15:45 ratio making it total 25 mins. You can do it out while running too or on any other machine. Quick results and you won't loose the boobs cos, its designed that way :-p Hope I helpedJust be healthy, men like healthy looking women!!! why women can't understand this is really dumb. Bigger or smaller so long as it's a normal healthy weight, size what ever for your body type it will be attractive.
I find find bony girls very unattractive, just as much as obese girls. I like girls who are either fit and toned, or have a little padding (but still have a waist).

No I dont find them attractive at all, id rather date a normal looking woman, if you are 5'7/8 then I'd want her to be 120-135lbs ideally
