Why can't so many people tell what is a healthy weight?

Anonymous
I recently put up a picture of me from 14 months ago next to one of me last week. In between I've overcome an eating disorder, so I gained weight.

I went from 85 lbs which is way to little to 120, which is just within the healthy range.
And yet a lot of people commented saying I labled them wrong (before and after). No I didn't. I was anorexic, that's not a weight loss goal, it shouldn't be for anyone. And quite frankly I don't get how anyone could think that

I know not everyone knew I was anorexic but I think at a BMI of 14.5 it should be obvious.
It clearly wasn't tho and most comments weren't by girls it was mostly guys. I think more girls realised the before picture was really unhealhy
