I agree with other posters...it is not a healthy target goal. If you loose the weight fast, it will come back fast...so it's best to lose weight slow...not too slow of course. How much is safe to loose does depend on where you are at right now. Smoothies are a great way to get nutrients and fiber which can help regulate your metabolism...the idea of calories in equals calories out is not quite correct...because of how the body metabolizes them...for example, eating 1500 calories of "whole" foods, such as fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes, etc is much better for the metabolism than eating 1500 calories of processed junk food. Be aware of how certain foods are reacting with your body...for example, some people don'd metabolize gluten well and that can hinder their weight loss.
I drink green smoothies almost every day...I usually put baby spinach, kale, banana, and some sort of berries...it's a good idea to vary the smoothies so you are getting a wide spectrum of nutrients. Chia seeds also give an extra boost of energy...plus smoothies are affordable depending on where you get your produce.
Stay away from processed foods as much as you can...weight loss is just as much about nutrition as it is exercise.
I am a personal trainer and u don't want to loose twenty pounds in a month. a real goal that you maybe able to follow is 1-3 pounds a week depending on what you weigh now. you don't want to loose water weight because you will just gain that back. you should do 4-5 days of cardio a week you can find great cardio workouts on YouTube. if you just rely on smoothies once you change your diet you will gain most of the weight back that you lost and not only that your body will go into starvation mode. Hit the weights the times a week for a total body workout. example Monday, Wednesday and Friday and you can also find those workouts on YouTube. for squats use a dumb bell and squat and when you come up twist using your abdominal muscle. start out with a light weight.
You can cheat with drugs, like meth or cocaine it is really easy and fun. But if you want something less addictive you can buy on ebay try ephedrine and lots of coffee. There is other stuff like dinitrophenol which basically starves your body from the inside so you must eat 3 times more that you usually do and you will still lose weight super fast like 10kg in a month, but that stuff is illegal because it is so effective it can kill you easily and it has no other purpose than losing weight by stuffing yourself with food while sitting on a couch watching TV.
First of all. That would be waterweight you are loosing. Not real fat but if so,
Increase your sodium, water, carb intake to maximum first three weeks and cardio hard on alternate days including HIIT and low intesnity. (google em)
Then last week. Drop all of em to lowest and carbs to almost "none". You'd wake up first date of next month with 10 pounds less

Did you increase carbs and sodium too? And what's your working out like?
Tehre's no way short of asbolute starvation to lose 20 pounds in a month, and starvation is pretty undhealthy.
5 pounds a month is a reasonable goal, unless you're just dehydrating yourself and losing some temporary water weight.
Squats are nice, but youneed a more balanced workout program...

Yeah healthy smoothies would help, swapping all te stuff you do drink like soda and such for water is good, more salads, less bread and pasta.. Lots of cardio.. How much do weight right now if you dont mind me asking?
I think its definitely obtainable, the only thing id worry you about though is if you havnt worked out before or on a regular basis, when you do begin, your going to be really sore but i promise you that after a week or so the soreness won't be as bad, start out slow and work your way up, i dont know about you but personally HATE cardio haha so i do sports tht use a lot of cardio like basketball, you could look into a dance class or something, I've heard girls say that gets them in really good shape quick and you'll be doing something fun so it won't feel like a work out too (:
Yeah i know what you mean:/ is your work early or late in the day? You could workout in the morning, take a shower then go on with your day or does your mornings start early?
Cut out soda.
Eat more fruits/veggies.
Eat small, frequent meals.
Get on a stationary bike.
Wear a sweatshirt and a trash bag.
Play video games.
Worked for me.
Over your sweatshirt. Cut holes for your head and arms.
It retains heat. And thus, it shall enforce your body to sweat.
Since you're under 24 you should be able to lose weight easily.Let me tell you, without doing any kind of sport, just eating less ( and reduce some junk food or sweets) I was losing at least 3 pounds a week.Imagine with exercise. But I don't think you should have this big goal, because at some point, you ARE going to remain at a weight for a while until you lose weight again.

That is ridiculous. Try the lemonade diet but it's not one bit healthy at all
It is very feasible with illegal drugs to lose 10kg of solid body fat in a month. Check out professional body building forums they know how to do it.
That is a ridiculous expectation and is totally unhealthy. A safe amount of weight loss is 1.5-2.5 lbs per week. If you are excessively overweight then you could lose up to 4 or 5 lbs a week, but it's unlikely.
Fast. Eat nothing except a multivitamin and water.
TBH you need to go the MISC and create an account there. They can answer both questions expertly.
