I hate working my abs. I love working my back. There's nothing like doing deadlifts. I feel like a god if I do it right and my whole back feels so powerful. You know, like the 30-45 seconds afterwards where you feel all the blood and pressure and hormones rushing in.
Makes me feel like batman, lol.

Girls who have muscular abs showing are not attractive. Flat stomachs are hot not muscular stomachs. I enjoy working every muscle group. I would say forearms are fun to workout.
My abs currently because im trying to get rif of the monmy tummy thing, but it is a lot harder than i remember it being a year ago. I guess my abs are still kinda spaced out. I really enjoy doing legs too though, just because its easy for me, and can work them while i hold my baby
abs. they're the easiest. plus, most of the exercises are on the floor so you can just fall asleep.

Shoulders and Triceps. I think those will make the greatest difference and the greatest benefit to my look. Broad shoulders and thick arms. Plus, the workouts feel nice too. I actually enjoy doing them as opposed to forcing myself to workout.

My legs for now. I'm running a lot more and also skating (I play hockey, season is almost over though), and now that the weather is getting better, rollerblading and inline hockey. Would love to get some toned legs over the summer :)
Legs. I have no upper body strength so those workouts kill me. Leg workouts are less painful and I can take more weight :P
I like working on upper body and following up with cardio. It makes my stamina increase after time.
Full body days...power cleaning, dead lifting, thrusters etc
