i went to the gym for a month. got my period and then got lazy. then i got sick after it ended. by the time my throat cleared out, it was time for period #2. then i got sick AGAIN. well i got all better and i worked out during spring break. then i saw bf and i came home with bags of junk food. now im sitting here shoving candy in my mouth instead of squatting while typing. FML

I've actually reached my fitness goal. I have my flat and toned stomach and I have some definition happening and I am ready for summer. Now if I can just maintain it...that'd be sweet.
The thing standing in my way from maintaining said fitness level? Bread. I love bread way too much. I could eat an entire loaf in one sitting if I don't watch myself lol.
My next goal is to lose a lot of weight.. and whats holding me back? My sexiness lol jk
Umm its probably laziness that holds me back, lack of discipline and having no work out / consistent schedule
Also lack of motivation holds me back and focusing on useless things holds me back
I work out a ton. Basically I am all that is man. I want to run a marathon but I have bad knees. So that's all I've got to say about that.

I am currently training for my 8th half iron MSN. I would like to do a full iron man, but the training for it is like having a full time job. I also have osteoporosis and have gone threw menopause so I don't want to risk having anymore health problems then I already have.
Dedication, I work out pretty often but I'd like to really have it wired in my brain to do it at a specific time, it doesn't happen. I work out when I have time or don't have anything to do. My goal is to also get a better toned tummy. Another goal is to try to workout when I'm watching tv or something like that, like to leg lifts or ab workouts while sitting, just something while I'm waiting for the show or movie to come back on.
The fact that I constantly crave chocolate gets in the way of eating clean 80% of the time. I resist but it's so hard to! Haha
My goals are to get stronger. I want to work my arms more. Also, I want to be able to lift 350 with my legs soon (currently 315).
And I want to improve my distance running to 7 or 8 miles instead of 5 or 6.i like going to the gym and my gym is amazing, but whats holding me back is my fucking job. takes up all my energy and time.
I'd like to stick to a workout regimen for more than two weeks. Work and my own laziness get in the way.
I'm trying to see how fat I can get. It's not working tho
holding me back… consistency.
