1. Exercise program begins today, even if it's only running 7 miles (length of gold course) or walking same + carry golf clubs or 25# backpack. Anytime you get hungry, start walking with pint of water.
2. Buy a filtered pipe and a large pouch of cheap nasty tobacco. You must finish that pouch before you may smoke anything else. Most can't finish it.

I would suggest using an app to track your food...you'll find that documenting your food will greatly change your habits. I find I'm much less likely to eat junk food when I'm tracking it.
Good luck...you will never regret quitting smoking. The least inflating and hardest method is cold turkey otherwise the medications and methods can cause weight gain. If you have willpower you could try to ween yourself off with a smokeless cigarette nicotine program.
I gotta quit smoking as well as my blood pressure is high, and this could cost me my job, but nothing so far has worked grrr
