What's an idea weight for a girl who's 5'1?

I don't have muscle mass really, so my weight should be lower then the average person my height because muscle weighs more then fat. Also, any advice on how to tone up?

  • 110-120 I guess I don't really know. Try not to worry about weight. The scale tends to lie. If you're active and somewhat lean, than you're already looking "ideal"

  • Because people are all built differently, a perfect weight for 5'1" could be anywhere from 100-135lbs. But as for toning, it just takes being active. Running tones legs, throwing tones arms. Jump rope would probably get both. And sit ups or planks get your core

  • 100-110 pounds is the ideal weight but, to be considered healthy, I suppose 90-125 would be fine.

    my last gf was 5' 118 when we first started dating and by the end she was 130
    she started getting a bit fat at 130

  • It totally depends on your body shape. Tbh BMI is BS, if you have something of an apple, hourglass or pear shape you'll probably be in the 115-130 range and look just as proportionate as someone whose ruler shaped and is 100 lbs. Weight really isn't an important factor- I know many "fat" women that are healthy, and that's all that really matters.
