Regular legs. It never hurts to work out no matter what legs you have. Working out is healthy.
I think they look fine but if you want more toned then sure workout. Not necessarily running but weight lifting like squats I think would have a better effect for what you're trying to go for.
I think they're good for what we can see. They don't look fat or too skinny. Can't tell if you have defined muscles or what though. Not saying this is good or bad.
