I think i do, especially around the mid section.
I don't know why but i feel the need to include my measurements its 33"-25"-36"

  • I have 35-25-34 and toned. You see your abs, so thats good. I would personally focuss on shoulders (make them tittle wider than your arms) and maybe your legs.

    • agree with @FatCatLady. You may have some fat left there, that's true, but also bear in mind that when you train more fat away, your boobs will also shrink.

  • I'm sorry, but you don't look like you qualify for a 25" waist. From your pic, it looks like the narrowest part of your torso is right at your bottom rib, whereas the waist measurement should be taken half way between the lowest rib and the top of your hip bone.

    I think you should tone up, but in a healthy way.
