To answer your initial question, your stomach is not "chubby' or "fat" at all, let alone TOO fat. Your stomach isn't even medium size, it's a small, slim, and flat stomach. It looks great actually! You have the ideal stomach for a girl.

Regardless whether if your stomach is fat or not (I already said it's not), you can do side-bends, sit-ups, crunches AND planks to flatten it and burn fat. I also suggest cardio exercise, whether it be running, jogging or even walking, as well as sports, swimming, or even circuit training, as it burns fat (weight lifting is tough to burn stomach fat as a mans of exercise.)
You can go on Youtube to see a variety of exercises I listed! If you want to burn more fat, good luck (it's your body, your choice.) However, I do NOT think you need to burn an ounce of fat!0
