Why is this a girls only question? A guy would know way more about getting toned.

Guys need to concentrate on working muscles by days. Meaning one day you do arms. The next day legs, third day abs etc. Muscle is torn and its rebuilt as leaner stronger muscle. Eating protein is vital and many add an additional protein supplement such as powders. Men have the advantage of having a lower fat ratio than women by nature so seeing results will be seen faster than on women.1
