With only height to go on anywhere between 104 and 137 would have to be okay but when you factor in body frame and muscle mass you get a more precise range0

You should weigh whatever appears on your scale. (As long as you're healthy) There's no need to have a "perfect weight". I know this doesn't really help, but you'll never be happy with an unrealistic weight goal.
But, your healthy BMI measurements should have you anywhere from 97-127 lbs. I'm from America, so sorry for the lb measurement if you aren't using that system.1
