  • You should weigh whatever appears on your scale. (As long as you're healthy) There's no need to have a "perfect weight". I know this doesn't really help, but you'll never be happy with an unrealistic weight goal.
    But, your healthy BMI measurements should have you anywhere from 97-127 lbs. I'm from America, so sorry for the lb measurement if you aren't using that system.

  • According to the basic weight scale for a "healthy weight" a person is supposed to weight 100 lbs for the first 5 feet and 5 lbs for every inch after that. So if you're exactly 5 feet you should weigh 100 lbs. But that esitmate could be off.

  • You shouldn't focus on numbers. There is a BMI chart you can look at but it is purely a suggestion. Muscles weigh more than fat so you can be fit and look at the BMI chart and it will say you are overweight when this is not the case.
