So I've been going to the gym for a while now, but lately I have been eating a lot of junk food in which I've been exercising more and working harder. I've just recently started eating healthy again but I don't know whether I'm getting more fat or if it's muscle, what do you think?

If I had to choose one, I would say your legs appear to be more muscle.
In reality, your legs don't look the least bit fat or muscular, they just look skinny. They don't look bad though. It's good to consistently hit the gym like you're doing.
