I am 5'8" and currently have a body weight of 150 pounds. Do you think I should gain muscle, lose weight, or should I just maintain my current weight?

  • You look skinny. I'd say maintain, cause you're probably kinda muscular at that weight but looking that skinny.
    I'm same height, 185 lbs. I think I'm muscular but with some extra pounds of fat.
