I've been overweight my whole life and got bullied because of it.
Earlier this year, I decided to sign up for gym membership and work out.
But sometimes I keep binged eating when I feel upset, sad and anxious, I lose control and I feel fat all over again.
How do you stop binge eating?
I know I'm not slim or toned, but am I still fat?

you look beautiful! good for you for changing yourself for the better. i don't have any problems with eating, so i don't know how helpful my opinion will be, but if you feel the overwhelming desire to eat, when you are anxious, sad, or upset, try having something like mint gum to chew, or having veggies to eat since they are healthy. and to try to stop the desire, try focusing on something else? for example going on a run, or get extremely meticulous about a task until the feeling is past. things that work for me to get through anxiety/ calm me down are reading books, and watching anime, going to karate class and walking my dog. these things i find distracting and engaging and take my mind off the stress factor until i am more calm and able to a approach it. i find routine helps too. i hope this helps :)1
