So, I'm a gym junkie. I love to lift. I just tried on a new skirt and noticed my legs. I have muscular, short and bulgy hamstrings, quads and calves. I tried heels on, and it just made the muscle pop more. I love my legs in tights and jeans, but it looks AWFUL in a skirt. Not lady-like at all. I really admire those long, lean muscles some girls have. My muscles are bulgy and round. How do I make them longer, but still big if you get me? Should I stop squatting so heavy? Should I ditch the leg extensions and leg curls?
