I'm 5'4", weigh 128lbs, and my waist is 29in. Should I lose weight, or am I normal?

It seems like all of my friends, and other girls weigh less then me. Is my weight really that abnormal?

My main question is, is 128lbs fat?

  • That's a great weight for you. Just try keeping your body proportionate. If majority of the fat you eat goes to a specific part/section of your body then you should try eating differently or work out to increase muscle in other parts of your body.
