I am an herbalist/nutritionist.
Medically speaking, you are only 5 Lbs underweight. Not that much of an issue.
If you wanted to, you can afford to gain a couple, but not that much.
Have a soda pop once in a while but make sure the sweetner in it is natural (unlike in commercial soda's). They use high fructose corn syrup which is a synthetic sweetner and has a direct link to diabetes.
Go to Whole Foods/Traider Joes or the like stores and get soda with 100% natural cane sugar.
You will be fine, but i would do nothing about it, you sound perfect medically speaking.0
