I started working out 3 months ago, and went from 128 pounds to around 138 pounds. Is this a good amount of muscle tone or should I continue to bulk?

you dont look bad at all. but you could always pack on a little more muscle. haha! maybe work on your traps a little more. ur shoulders. just depends on what kind of body you want, thats all. but as long as ur confident with it then you are fine :)0
